Insurance services

Every business faces a different mix of risks. A civil contractor with plant and equipment across three sites, a manufacturer with stock and a production line, and a consultancy whose main exposure is the advice it provides all need insurance cover — but the cover they need will be very different. That’s where an insurance broker adds value in a way a comparison site can’t. We start by understanding how your business actually operates, then identify what could go wrong, what it could cost, and which policies are worth considering.
Nearly 50 years across Queensland's southeast means we've come to know some industries deeply: how they operate, where their real exposures sit, and which insurers understand them. It's why many of our client relationships span decades, and why so many of our clients also trust us with their home, motor and landlord insurance.

Industries we work with
How we work with you
We start with your business, not a product
Before we go near a policy, we want to understand what you do, how you do it, and what would hurt if it stopped. That includes the risks that come with change — a new site, a new service line, a new contract.
We go to market on your behalf
We work for you, not the insurer. We know what different insurers look for and how to present your business properly, which means better terms and fewer surprises than going direct.
We check you're covered at the right level
Being insured and being properly insured aren't the same thing. Property values shift, stock grows, and the cost of getting back on your feet after a loss is usually higher than people expect. Research by NIBA and Deloitte found 40% of clients were either underinsured or not insured at all before engaging a broker. We review your sums insured so you don't find out the hard way.
We stay in touch between renewals
Your business changes throughout the year, not just in the month before renewal. We check in as things change, and we start renewal conversations early rather than in the last week.
When you need to claim
Making a claim is stressful, and it usually happens at the worst possible time. This is the part of broking that matters most and gets talked about least.
We can manage the claim for you. We know what the insurer needs, we prepare and lodge the paperwork, and we deal with them directly. If a claim gets questioned, we're the ones arguing your case — with the relationships and experience to keep it moving.
NIBA and Deloitte research found brokers save clients around two and a half hours during the claims process, and 41% of small and medium business clients said claiming would have been much harder without their broker.
If you want support from someone who understands your business before, during and after a claim, we’re here to help.
